/The Goal/ - Increase trust and credibility through the website - Simplify the site structure and improve user experience - Ensure a seamless mobile experience - Clearly communicate their values and expertise Before the redesign, the website was outdated and difficult to use—especially on mobile. It lacked visual hierarchy, had overwhelming blocks of text, and failed to convey the company’s professionalism. The confusing navigation made it difficult for users to understand the services or get in touch.
